Standard leaderboard and scoring stats

The Standard competition window

GWC tracks Gods Unchained Standard games (mode 210) with specialized scoring. The current leaderboard uses the active scheduled rotation, with its start and end dates shown in UTC. A new rotation starts a separate board and previous results remain available through the rotation selector. Standard may be active for only part of a month; check the displayed dates before comparing monthly activity with a particular leaderboard result.

The Standard scoring formula

A win against opponent rank 11–12 earns 5 points; against rank 9–10 it earns 3 points; against rank 7–8 it earns 1 point; and against rank 1–6 it earns 0 points. Every counted loss subtracts 3 points, including a loss against ranks 1–6. Total points = 5 × wins against ranks 11–12 + 3 × wins against ranks 9–10 + wins against ranks 7–8 − 3 × all counted losses. For example, four rank 11–12 wins, two rank 9–10 wins, three rank 7–8 wins and two losses produce 20 + 6 + 3 − 6 = 23 points.

Scoring uses the opponent’s stored rank for the match, not their rank today. Games without a valid opponent rank from 1 to 12 cannot be scored. Players are ordered by total points, with lowest GUID resolving a tie. This is a cumulative points board, so negative scores are possible and additional games can help or hurt. Its rank-group records, domains and deck stats provide context for the total.

Why these weights?

The formula rewards wins against stronger opposition while giving every loss a consistent cost. A win against ranks 11–12 offsets more than one loss, a rank 9–10 win offsets one loss, and a rank 7–8 win offsets only part of a loss. This GWC community scoring system is separate from official GU ranking, token rewards, Singleton Ascent and tournament qualification points.
